Please be advised that the citation has been issued compelling your appearance in court on the set date and time. It is within the Judge's discretion whether the reset request is approved. You may check the online portal to determine if your request has been received and approved. If it is approved a new court date will be displayed. If you have not received confirmation that your court date has been reset, you need to appear in court at your scheduled court date and time. Emergency Request may be accepted up to the business day prior to the scheduled court date with valid documentation.
