Code Enforcement Lien Pay Off

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic all City of Atlanta Facilities remain closed to the Public.

A lien for each property is prepared which includes all expenses incurred by the City to bring the property into compliance. The document is copied, placed in the property file then forwarded to the Finance Department .

To pay the lien off you must contact The City of Atlanta c/o Department of Finance 55 Trinity Avenue SW Suite 1350 Atlanta GA 30303.

To request a pay off letter you must submit a completed "Property Pay Off Request Form" (link below) or place the request in writing to Office Of Revenue Lien Payoff Email box at: ClosingPayOffBox@atlantaga.gov.

If you are unable to send an email you can request the payoff in person at the Department of Finance - Office of Revenue 55 Trinity Avenue SW Suite 1350 Atlanta GA 30303. All requests will be processed within ten business days.
