What if I missed my court date?

You may address your Failure to Appear with The Municipal Court of Atlanta Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. License reinstatement instructions will be provided at the time you resolve your FTA.
Failing to appear may result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.
