Payment posts to account immediately. (2) By Phone – Pay via the automated phone system (IVR) by calling 404-546-0311, select Option 1, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using MasterCard or Visa. Payment posts immediately. Customer Service and Collections agents do not accept payments over the telephone.(3) Western Union – At over 200 metro Atlanta locations, for a fee of $1.50. Allow 2 business days for payment to post. (4) Mail/Lockbox – Mail payments to City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management, P.O. Box 105275, Atlanta, GA 30348-5275. Allow 7 business days for payment to post. (5) Bank Bill Payment – Pay via your online banking account. Allow 7 business days for payment to post. (6) In Person – Cashier windows are available Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM, at Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Avenue SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 and 2 City Plaza, 72 Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303. Payment posts immediately. Please do not mail payments to these addresses.(7) Drop Box – Drop off checks or money orders at Atlanta City Hall, exterior lockbox at the entrance of 68 Mitchell Street, Atlanta, GA 30303. Allow 7 days for payment to post. Please do not mail payments to this address.NOTE: If your account is in jeopardy of a service interruption, or is already disconnected, you are encouraged to make your payment by phone or online using your debit or credit card, or in person at the City’s payment window.
