If you disagree with the outcome of the dispute, you may make an appeal with the Water and Sewer Appeals Board.If repairs have been made for a known cause, you may request an adjustment. Search the ATL 311 Portal for “Account Adjustment From Repair Or Water Leak On A Water And Sewer Account”. However, if you have eliminated a possible private leak, you may request adjustment by initiation of a formal dispute. The following details will be needed to service your request: (1) Full name;(2) Service address;(3) Email address; In the Summary of Request box include: (4) Bill dates for incurred errorAttach:(5) Download and complete the Account Review Form.
