The request may be submitted online with completion of an Account Review Request form (blank form available via link below). To submit an online request, click the Create Request button below. Complete all fields, including: (1) Full Name(2) Email Address(3) Service Address In the Customer Notes box, include (4) Bill dates for incurred errorUtilize the Attach New File button to upload: • Completed Account Review Request form Submission may also be done by email to ATL311@atlantaga.gov or mail/in person delivery to the address stipulated on the form. Note: Requests are reviewed during normal business hours. If additional account verification is required, the account holder will be notified. The City of Atlanta does not adjust bills based on toilet/faucet leaks. To request an adjustment, medical certification for a qualified hearing impairment must be provided.Customers who disagree with the outcome of an account review may appeal the decision with the Water and Sewer Appeals Board. Requirements for submitting an appeal may be viewed by accessing the article “Information About Water And Sewer Appeals” via the ATL311 portal.
