Service requests timelines vary and could take several weeks to fulfill given the outcomes of an initial inspection. We can assure you that we will respond to each request as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.Reports of a leaking or damaged hydrant may be submitted online, via a mobile device, or by contacting Customer Service at 404-546-0311, 24 hours a day. To submit an online or mobile request, please provide the following: (1) Your Name(2) Email Address(3) Phone Number (4) Service Address / Intersection or highway exit where the hydrant is located. If using a mobile device, you may  allow GIS to identify your location or enter it manually. In the Customer Notes box, include (5) Other pertinent details, including nearest cross streets and/or the nearest landmark(s) for the leaking or damaged hydrant. Utilize the Attach New File button to upload any photos. A first responder will be at the location to investigate the damaged hydrant within 8 hours. Depending on the issue, the first responder may be able to resolve the request. However, depending on the severity of the damage, it can take anywhere from 10-45 days to resolve.
