solution home » services » solution Account Adjustment From Repair Or Water Leak On A Water and Sewer AccountTo determine if your Water and Sewer account qualifies for an adjustment resulting from repairs made on your private property or City of Atlanta repairs, please submit an online request detailing the type of leak and repairs performed including any possible water leaks. Accompanying your request, please include a plumbers invoice and/or other supporting documents about the completed repair work. Be sure to provide all related account number(s) including your residential, commercial, and irrigation accounts. Complete and upload the below form for each applicable account for which an adjustment is being requested: (1) Full name, (2) Account number,(3) Service address, Include in the Summary Request box any details that may assist with fulfilling your request along with: (4) Last four digits of your social security number or tax-id; and,(5) Payment receipt (i.e. copy of canceled check, credit card payment receipt).Attach:(6) Download and complete the Water and Sewer Service Adjustment form for each applicable account. Utilize the Attach New Files in the Attachments section to attach up to 5 acceptable file types up to 1 MB each followed by clicking on the Submit Request button to send in your request. You may also fax your documentation to 404-221-9518; or, mail/deliver to the address specified on the form.
