The Department of City Planning (DCP) offers a range of online and virtual solutions for all your application and permitting needs. As DCP services shifted to digital platforms early in 2020, they will continue to offer those services digitally when City Hall reopens. ATL Permit Navigator (“APN”) is an informational site that provides customers with what they need to know before they start the business licensing or building permitting process.
APN took 141 commercial permits across six City departments and placed them in one portal to inform the customer before they start.
The site provides permit and zoning information in six different languages: Spanish, French, Hindi, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean.
