Atlanta Permit Navigator (“APN”) is an informational site that provides customers with what they need to know before they start the business licensing or building permitting process.

APN took 141 commercial permits across six City departments and placed them in one portal to inform the customer before they start.

The site provides permit and zoning information in six different languages: Spanish, French, Hindi, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean.
