Customers that want to appeal their ATLPlus citation may do so on the ATLPlus website.

Any questions regarding ATLPlus citations and appeals may be submitted to parkingfeedback@atlantaga.gov. This email only serves as a general parking appeal inquiry and will not serve as an appeal process and/or stop the 14-days appeal process for citations.
