The City only claims an ownership interest in three alleys, all of which are located downtown. They are as follows: 

   • Mortgage Place – From Carnegie Way to Ellis Street
   • Equitable Place – Auburn Avenue to Edgewood Avenue
   • Cain Place – From International Boulevard to Harris Street   

Any property disputes involving an alley would be best handled by a private real estate attorney.
