Amplified sounds are permitted in COA parks but the following must be adhered to:

   • Amplified sound can be played for 6 consecutive hours in COA parks
   • If you plan to have amplified sound at your event, the request must be made at least 30 days prior to your event date
   • Amplified sound may last only during the times set forth in the Permit
   • In no event shall it last longer than six consecutive hours.

Permits are needed for the following amplified sounds:
   • Detachable speaker
   • DJ
   • MP3 player
   • PA system
