There are plenty of opportunities to learn about and get involved with the Atlanta BeltLine. Here are just a few:
Volunteer
- The Atlanta BeltLine needs volunteer support from individuals and groups in order to fulfill the project’s vision.
- Individuals can sign up to participate in numerous volunteer events throughout the year through our partnership with Hands On Atlanta.
- Your company or organization can sign up to steward a designated section of the trail on an ongoing basis through our Adopt the Atlanta BeltLine program. If your schedule makes it easier for you to support the Atlanta BeltLine with a financial donation instead of an investment of time, consider joining our Supporter Perks program which allows a financial donation and, in exchange, access to discounts and specials at a wide variety of Atlanta BeltLine restaurants and merchants.
Take a Tour
- The best way to learn more about the Atlanta BeltLine is to take one of the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership’s tours. Our official bus tours take you on a tour of the entire Atlanta BeltLine, with knowledgeable guides sharing a wealth of information about the scope, scale and impact of the project.
- Take a walking tour of our Eastside or Westside Arboretums with a Trees Atlanta docent to learn about these amazing linear arboretums right from the experts. Also, check out our free bike tours of the Eastside or Westside trails.
Visit the Atlanta BeltLine Center
- The new Atlanta BeltLine Center is a place where you can learn about the project’s past, present and future through interactive exhibits, displays and programming. The Center can be accessed directly from the Eastside Trail just south of Irwin St. Hours of operation are M-F, 4:00 – 8:00 pm and weekends, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
Come to a meeting
- If you have questions or want more information, community meetings and quarterly briefings are great ways to have your questions answered.
