The City of Atlanta Department Transportation (ATLDOT), Office of Mobility Planning, handles bicycle mural requests and bicycle rack requests for:

• City Streets or Sidewalks
• City-owned Parks
• For Private Property – ATLDOT provides guidance

Please be aware that a building permit is required for installation of a bike rack on private property. A Qualified Contractor Permit is required for bike rack installation on public property.
