A request to amend business gross receipts or number of employees MUST be submitted via the ATLCORE portal.

 

The following documentation MUST be attached to the amendment request:

 

  • Copy of valid government issued identification (i.e. passport, driver’s license)
  • Federal and State tax returns for the applicable prior year(s) in question
  • Income statement for current year only (if tax return has not been filed)

 

NOTE: ATLCORE will not accept upload of a file name containing special characters (&,@,/, etc.).

 

Applicable late fees, penalties and interest may apply.

Note: All required documents must be received before processing starts. If you were contacted by the Office of Revenue to remit missing documents, you must resubmit ALL documents, including missing documents, in PDF format to the requestor's email address.
