
A request to amend business gross receipts or number of employees MUST be submitted via the ATLBIZ portal.
To submit an amendment request, select the hyperlink on your ATLBIZ dashboard that reads, View Renewals (Returns), then select View or Amend Return for the desired year.
The following documentation MUST be attached to the amendment request:
All required documents must be received before processing starts.
Applicable late fees, penalties and interest may apply.
NOTE: If you were contacted by the Office of Revenue to remit missing documents, access your account in ATLBIZ to view the message and respond with the appropriate documents. After logging in, click the "More" button; then in the Communications box, select "View and Send Messages".
