If a business tax citation is issued, the business licensee must bring the business tax account current by filing the required application and paying all fees. An appearance in Atlanta Municipal Court is mandatory and all fees must be paid prior to appearing in court. A copy of the Occupation Tax Registration Certificate (business license) and the paid receipt obtained from the City’s Office of Revenue must be presented in court. Refer to the citation issued for details.
