Upon execution of the Rental Allocation Agreement and payment of fees as specified in the agreement, the City will hold the space in reserve exclusively for the renter during the time specified.  

 

If the event is cancelled by the renter or the renter chooses not to use the reserved facility, the renter will pay the City a cancellation fee as follows:

 
  • 30 days or more prior to the contracted start date - 50% of the deposit is forfeited
  • Within 30 days of the contracted start date – 100% of the deposit is forfeited


User fees will not be refunded; however, the renter may apply the fees toward another reservation within the same calendar year. 

 

NOTE: The renter may cancel and reschedule an event within the same calendar year. When doing so, the renter will need to start the process over with a new Rental Allocation Agreement.
