The Department of Enterprise Asset Management (DEAM) is comprised of three major divisions that provide the core facility support for the City of Atlanta and an administrative team that ensures those groups are successful. The three divisions are:

   • Real Estate – Maintains the City’s inventory of owned and leased properties,

excluding Aviation and Board of Education properties.
   • Facilities Management/Operations – Charged with providing safe, secure, clean

     and well-maintained sustainable facilities.
   • Capital Projects/Technical Services – Responsible for all small, medium and large

     construction/renovation and move projects.

The vision of DEAM is that the City of Atlanta departments and the community will have clean, healthy, safe, pleasant, functional and accessible facilities that directly support the vision and missions of the other City departments through increased reliability and, consequently, lower maintenance costs.

For additional information, or to report a City of Atlanta facility concern, contact DEAM via email at DEAMservicedesk@atlantaga.gov  or by phone at 404-546-0000.
