A residential or commercial building that has an accessory building that is damaged or needs immediate repair should be inspected by a Code Enforcement Officer.

The section of Code Enforcement with the Atlanta Police Department will inspect the property and ensure that violations exist. Once it is verified that violations exist on the property then the owner is notified. This process can take up to 90 days.
