This violation requires an interior inspection of the location and cannot be reported anonymously. If the caller is unable to provide a NAME AND PHONE NUMBER, the case will not be referred to APD-Code Enforcement for investigation.  

If a structure and/or dwelling has unsanitary conditions and it is no fault of your own, then this property is deemed unfit for habitation and is in violation of the Atlanta City Housing Code. A Code Enforcement Officer needs to inspect the property and notify the appropriate party to resolve the issue.
