If the violation is on the interior of the location, contact information must be provided.  If not provided, the case will not be referred to APD-Code Enforcement for investigation.

If a structure and/or dwelling has unsanitary conditions and it is no fault of your own, then this property is deemed unfit for habitation and is in violation of the Atlanta City Housing Code. A Code Enforcement Officer needs to inspect the property and notify the appropriate party to resolve the issue.

NOTE: This KA also applies to renters (commercial or residential) who report no water – through no fault of their own and there are no scheduled/emergency DWM repairs taking place.
