This violation requires an interior inspection of the location and cannot be reported anonymously. If contact information is not provided, the case will not be referred to APD-Code Enforcement for investigation.

The Code Enforcement Section of the Atlanta Police Department enforces the city ordinance that a property owner must repair a water leak or flooding from a sink, bathtub, shower, toilet, or other plumbing fixture. The water leak or flooding of the unit is the primary responsibility of the owner unless it is determined that the tenant is responsible.
