Commercial fire inspections are provided by the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (AFRD), Community Risk Reduction – Fire Inspections Section (a division of the Office of the Fire Marshal).

Requests for an inspection may be submitted via email to FMOInspections@atlantaga.gov. Based on inspection results, a fire permit may be required.
