The Department of City Planning (DCP) offers a range of online and virtual solutions for all your application and permitting needs. Two or more parcels (lots) may be consolidated into one parcel. This can be done whether the property is zoned for residential or commercial purposes. Click HERE to obtain an application. It may take up to 30 business days for the review.
