1) Single Family Residential:

$230.00 (plan review and site inspection)

$600.00 (capacity certification for properties not previously connected to sewer line)

$250.00 sewer inspection fee (if new tap)

2) Multi-Family Residential, and Commercial (<2500 gpd): 

$1,380.00 (plan review and inspection) + $600.00 (capacity certification) = $1,980

3) Commercial (>2500 gpd):

$1,380 (plan review and inspection) + $1500.00 (capacity certificate) = $2,880.00 each

4) Capacity analysis (upon request by applicant):  $2,245.00 each

5) Other charges for Modeling & Alternative Analysis: Varies

6) Minor fees for driveways, curb and gutter, and other site features are not included but may apply. Sites larger than 1 acre may be subject to State mandated fees for erosion control.

 

NOTE:

• The above prices do not include the cost of installation by a “Qualified Contractor”. 

• The property owner/developer is responsible for the cost of sewer tap installation.

• If construction occurs in the Public Right-of-Way, there may be an additional cost for a “Qualified Contractor Permit” issued by the Department of Public Works for work inside the right- of-way.
