Final dispositions can be obtained from the Municipal Court of Atlanta Clerk's Office via mail or in person. You must download and complete the Request for Court Documents form.

You may also submit the disposition request form in person at the address above, Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM - 4:30 PM.

Please allow up to five (5) business days for the request to be completed.

NOTE: Fees may apply. If receiving the disposition by mail, a court representative will contact you with the total amount owed. Payment must be received prior to delivery. Make money order or business/cashier’s check payable to: Municipal Court of Atlanta. Personal checks are not accepted.
