To report a cave-in or sink hole in the yard, street, and or sidewalk, please contact Customer Service at 404-546-0311, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A first responder will be at the location to investigate the cave-in within 8 hours. However, depending on the severity of the damage, it can take anywhere from 10-45 days to resolve. This time includes repairs to the sewer main, sewer lines, storm drains, and or manhole, as well as restoring the property, sidewalk, and/or street.
