To request a transfer of credit be made between open water and sewer accounts registered in your name, please submit an online request, including:
(1) Full name
(2) Contact information
(3) Service address
In the Customer Notes box, include.
(4) Last four digits of your social security number or tax ID for verification
(5) Account number where credit currently exists
(6) Account number where the credit is being transferred to (*Note: Both accounts must be registered in your name and social security number.)
(7) Amount of credit transfer
(8) Other pertinent details that may assist us further with fulfilling your request.
Attach the following:
(1) Proof of payment –
Type of Payment / Proof of payment
Credit or Debit Cards / Bank statement and last 4 digits of card number used for payment
Check / Front and back copy of cancelled check
Cash or Money Order / Copy of receipt
(2) A customer signature visible on the written request.
