An unsafe structure is a structure that constitutes a menace to the health, safety, or general welfare of its occupants and/or of the general public and can be declared as a nuisance and will be ordered to be vacated, removed, repaired, secured or demolished. Code Enforcement will inspect the property and notify the homeowner of the existing violations.
