In cases of extreme inclement weather, this service may be delayed. The Department of Parks and Recreation Forestry Teams are scheduled to work around the clock, Sunday through Saturday, to remove all downed trees.

If you have concerns regarding a downed tree or fallen tree branches/limbs in a park, the street or on the sidewalk, contact ATL311 at 404.546.0311.

NOTE:  To report a downed tree after ATL311 business hours (Monday - Friday, 7AM - 12AM) please call 911. 

 
Trees that fall in the right of way from private land will only be cleared from the right of way. The remaining portion of the tree will be the responsibility of the property owner.
