The Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities offers multiple outpatient support services for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders, adults experiencing intellectual developmental disabilities, child, adolescent, and emerging adults experiencing similar behavioral health issue, and court related mental health services. Services are offered for insured and non-insured individuals.

Central and South Training Service Centers is located at 425 Langhorn St SW Atlanta, GA 30310. The North Training Service Center is located at 5025 Roswell Rd Sandy Springs, GA 30350.

The Center for Health and Rehabilitation is located at 265 Boulevard NE, Atlanta, GA 30312. 

**Walk-Ins are accepted until 2:30pm but by appointment is preferred.

 

Adult Services:

• Outpatient Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Services
• Minority HIV/AIDS C.L.A.S.S Program
• Medication Assisted Treatment Services for Opioid Use Disorders
• Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Day Programs
• Virtual services are offered Monday through Friday
• Each location is open from 8:30 AM – 5 PM.

Child and Adolescent Services:

• Outpatient behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Services
• School-Based Mental Health Services
• Text-4-Help confidential texting line for students
• Substance use and Prevention Services for teens
