The Atlanta Police Department-Code Enforcement Section enforces graffiti on private property only.

If the graffiti is located on private residential or commercial property, you may file a complaint with Code Enforcement and a case will be created. Once the case is created a Code Enforcement officer will inspect the property for a graffiti violation.
