If you need to update your address, please download and complete the Change of Address form. Please note, ALL fields must be completed to process the request.

Along with the completed form, you must provide a copy of your valid driver’s license, state I.D., or proof of residency (e.g., utility bill or lease) to update your address with the Court.

You may also update your address in person at the address shown above. The Clerk's Office is located on the main floor of the Municipal Court building and is open Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM.

Confirmation of the address change will be displayed under your case information on the Municipal Court online portal once it is processed by the Court.  Use the Find My Case Tool to search for your case by name, citation number, or driver’s license number.
