To obtain a Temporary Protective Order (TPO), the following is required:

  1. Must be a victim of domestic violence or stalking
  2. Must be 18 years old or older (if not, someone who is must file for the victim)  

Victims must file the TPO in the county where the accused resides and should contact the sheriff’s office or court for that county.  

If the accused lives in Fulton County, victims in need may go to the One Stop to file a TPO. The One Stop is located at:
