If you are still at the scene of the accident and there are injuries involved, dial 911. 

If there are no injuries involved, move to the safest close area to the scene and contact E911 Police and Fire Non-Emergency using one of the following methods:

• Dial 311 and select option 2 (inside Atlanta city limits)
• Text 911 from your cellular device

Traffic accident reports must be made in person.
