Requests to rent a meeting room at neighborhood centers are accommodated first come, first served. A meeting room is reserved only upon payment of the deposit/user fees and execution of the Rental Allocation Agreement by the renter and the City.
Applications to reserve a room are available by email or by visiting any of the neighborhood centers.

Applicants must provide tax ID or social security # and Georgia Driver's License or Georgia ID.
Rooms are available Mon.– Fri., 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Tables and chairs are provided. Prepared food can be brought into meeting rooms. Cooking is not permitted. Dunbar and JC Birdine centers have a prep area, refrigerator and sink.
Rental Fees - Due 30 days before event.
• Small meeting room: $25/hr - residents; $35/hr - non-residents; $100 deposit
• Multi-purpose room: $30/hr - residents; $50/hr - non-residents; $100 deposit
Accepted forms of payment are business checks, money orders, or cashier's/certified checks made payable to the City of Atlanta. Deposits are refunded if all rules and regulations described in the Rental Allocation Agreement are adhered to and no damage to the meeting room. Refunds may take 4–6 weeks.
*NOTE: Meeting rooms reserved after 5 PM weekdays or on Saturdays at Georgia Hill require a $10.79/hr fee for security – minimum of 5 hours per event. The City's contracted security company, Security Innovations Protective Services, LLC, must be used, scheduled for duty 30 minutes prior/30 minutes after event, with payment, money order or certified check, written to the security company.
