Vendors may only offer these pre-approved items for sale from a vending cart:

 

(1) Tourist or traveler convenience items such as weather supplies, toiletries, over-the-counter medications, cell phone accessories, and third-party souvenirs that celebrate Atlanta landmarks, institutions, or other city icons 
(2) Third party published, non-explicit materials (periodicals, newspapers, maps)
(3) Non-alcoholic beverages which are sealed in non-glass containers made of plastic or aluminum
(4) Fresh, unprocessed fruit and vegetables (no slicing, preparing, freezing, etc.)
(5) Food sealed in individual serving packages (candy, popsicles, chips/bagged snacks)
(6) Wearable spirit merchandise in the form of shirts, hats, scarves, and gloves constituting licensed brand merchandise approved by Atlanta sports franchises and iconic institutions
(7) Fresh cut flowers
(8) Seasonal/Holiday merchandise
(9) For vendors located in designated “food cart locations,” foods or beverages that are heated, handled or prepared on site require approval from the Fulton County Department of Health & Wellness. The cart and commissary must be approved and permitted by Fulton County. 

 

Selling or offering items that do not conform is prohibited and may lead to a citable offense.
