A large gathering in a park is defined as an event with 75 or more attendees gathered for an hour or more.
Applications for large gatherings reservations cannot be made earlier than 90 days prior to the event and we stop taking reservations 30 days before the event if you are using portable toilets, banners, generators, park attendant, deejay or amplified sounds.
