If you are a contractor seeking permission to work in the City's right of way (ROW) near traffic signals, a locate request must be submitted to the Atlanta Department of Transportation to check for utility lines in the sidewalk or nearby grass. To submit a request, complete the form below. 

After the request is received, a city inspector will be dispatched to complete the request. Upon completion, a notification to proceed will be sent via email.

The locate MUST be completed before work in the city's right of way will be authorized.
