If today is your scheduled pick-up day for weekly collection, please allow until the end of the day for collection to be completed.  

 

If it is after the Department of Public Works’ normal business hours of 7AM – 5PM and YOUR GARBAGE WAS NOT COLLECTED, you may contact ATL311 at 404-546-0311 or create a request by completing the form below.  

 

To determine your service day, please visit the Waste Wizard and select the ‘My Schedule’ tab.

 

If you would like to receive weekly reminders of your collection day and other SWS notifications, visit the Waste Wizard, enter your address and select GET A REMINDER!

 

NOTE: Up to five (5) bags of garbage can be placed outside of the garbage cart. If there are more than five (5) bags outside of the cart, the garbage cart and bags will not be collected and service will resume the following week.
