If your BLUE recycling cart is missing, please contact ATL311 at 404.546.0311.
When delivering replacement recycling carts, the Department of Public Works:
• Will not leave a cart if there is already one at the property
• Will not leave a cart at a vacant property
While awaiting cart delivery, recycling items cannot be set out for collection.
If you purchased an additional cart, you are responsible for the replacement of that cart. DPW will not provide a replacement for a damaged or missing cart if one is visible on the property.
