If your BLUE recycling cart is missing or was damaged and taken by DPW during collection, please contact ATL311 at 404.546.0311 or submit a request below.

When delivering replacement recycling carts, the Department of Public Works:

• Will not leave a cart if there is already one at the property

• Will not leave a cart at a vacant property

While awaiting cart delivery, recycling items cannot be set out for collection. DPW will not provide a replacement for a damaged or missing cart if one is visible on the property.

The City of Atlanta no longer stencils the address on new or replacement carts. If you purchased an additional cart, you are responsible for the replacement of that cart.
