The Department of Enterprise Asset Management offers rooms suitable for conferences, meetings, training, reunions, receptions and other special events at each of its three (3) neighborhood centers. 

Dunbar Neighborhood Center – 477 Windsor St. SW, Atlanta
  • Small meeting room suitable for 25 to 30 people  
  • Room can hold approximately 10 rectangular tables and 30 chairs
  • Includes a prep area with refrigerator, ice-maker and two (2) sinks

Georgia Hill Neighborhood Center – 250 Georgia Ave. SW, Atlanta
  • Small meeting room suitable for 30 people comfortably with four (4) rectangular tables
  • Multipurpose room suitable for 100 to 125 people comfortably – suitable for receptions, luncheons, conferences, family reunions, repasts, etc.
      – Room holds 13 rectangular tables or six (6) large round tables, three (3) small round tables and five (5) rectangular tables with 150 chairs

J. C. Birdine Neighborhood Center – 215 Lakewood Way SE, Atlanta
  • Small meeting room suitable for 30 people comfortably with rectangular tables or 60 people in a classroom setting with two rectangular tables 
  • Large meeting room suitable for 100 to 125 people comfortably
       – Room holds 16 to 20 rectangular tables or 12 large round tables 
       – Includes a prep area refrigerator, sink and microwave
