Open Records Request for the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department

Examples of open records requests for the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department (AFRD) include, but are not limited to:

  • Fire Incident Reports
  • Patient Care Reports
  • Fire Investigation Reports

AFRD open record requests may be submitted by one of the following methods:

  • Online - Complete and submit the Open Records Request Form.
  • Email – openrecords@atlantaga.gov.  Please allow three (3) business days for a response.
  • Mail – AFRD, Records Manager, 226 Peachtree St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303
  • In person –  Visit Atlanta Public Safety Headquarters, 226 Peachtree St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
