Operation Clean Sweep (OCS), a proactive City of Atlanta campaign, is designed to address citywide beautification largely involving the mowing and maintenance of our public right-of-way, litter pick-up, illegal dumping, illegal sign removal, and bulk collection more efficiently and effectively.

The Department of Public Works (DPW), the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR), Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT), and ATL311 have combined resources to better maintain and enhance the City’s public spaces, while increasing responsiveness to areas in need of heightened attention.
