Operation Clean Sweep (OCS), a proactive City of Atlanta campaign, is designed to address citywide beautification largely involving the mowing and maintenance of our public right-of-way, litter pick-up, illegal dumping, illegal sign removal, and bulk collection more efficiently and effectively.

To report illegal dumping, you may call the Department of Public Works (DPW) Illegal Dumping Tip Line at (404)546-DUMP (3867) or ATL311 at (404)546-0311.
