Owners of multiple unit or commercial properties, who wish to disconnect water /sewer service, may submit a request online or by mobile device via the Department Watershed of Management (DWM) Customer Web Portal (link below). 

Note: Account registration is required to disconnect water/ sewer service via the DWM Customer Web Portal.   

A request may be submitted by fax to 404-979-6787. The request will be reviewed during normal business hours. If additional account verification is required, the water/sewer account holder will be notified. 

Notification of receipt of the request will be issued within 1 business day after submission.

Payments may be made – 
  • Online via the DWM Customer Web Portal (link below) 
  • By phone via 404-546-0311

  • In person, Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM, at the Department of Watershed Management’s Customer Service Walk-in Centers:     

     –  Atlanta City Hall, 55 Trinity Ave. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303      

     –  2 City Plaza, 72 Marietta St. NW, Atlanta, GA 30303


 
Failure to disconnect water and sewer service when vacating a property may result in liability for water and sewer charges.
