The City of Atlanta currently offers 6 types of private property vending permits: 

  (1) Private Property Food Vending Permit 
  (2) Private Property Mobile Food Unit Vending Permit
  (3) Private Property Merchandise Vending Permit
  (4) Private Property Food and Merchandise Vending Permit
  (5) Private Property Flea Market Vending Permit 
  (6) Private Property Service Vending Permit 

Each permit type requires a non-refundable application processing fee when the permit is issued and an annual fee when the permit is renewed. Permits expire one year from the date the permit is granted.
