Inmates who have funds deposited in their account are able to make outgoing calls. To deposit funds into an inmate account visit the Access Corrections website or call their customer service department at 866-345-1884.  

To register a phone number for receiving direct calls from an inmate, visit the IC Solutions website or contact IC Solutions customer service at 888-506-8407. NOTE: This requires establishing a monetary deposit account with IC Solutions.
