The City of Atlanta “Pothole Posse” has been revived to address the need for quick pothole repairs that improve roadway safety. 

 

A pothole is surface level damage to a street or a depression/hollow in a road surface caused by wear or subsidence. For more details on Pothole Posse and examples of what's considered a pothole, click the PDF Pothole Posse Fact Sheet and What Is A Pothole linked below.

 

To report a pothole:

  • Contact Customer Service at 404-546-0311
  • Contact Customer Service on their social media channels - @ATL311
  • Select the 'Create Request' tab  

NOTE: Potholes on state routes should be referred to the Georgia Department of Transportation at 511.
