All projects involving rezoning or subdivision applications will need to consult with the Concept Review Committee (CRC) prior to applying with the Department of City Planning Office of Zoning & Development. A completed CRC application and all supporting documents (existing site plan/survey, conceptual plan) must be submitted through the City of Atlanta’s Accela Citizen Online Submission Portal using the “Create Planning Application” option. 

Non-residential property is not subject to the subdivision application process; however, a replatting application must be submitted.
