The Department of City Planning (DCP) offers a range of online and virtual solutions for all your application and permitting needs. As of early 2020, all OZD services shifted to digital platforms. For some zoning districts, setbacks from streets are typically measured from street curbs and specified under streetscape requirements as outlined in the zoning ordinance. For other residentially zoned property, setbacks are measured from the property lines.
