The Department of City Planning (DCP) offers a range of online and virtual solutions for all your application and permitting needs. As of early 2020, all OZD services shifted to digital platforms. If a property survey does not match the City’s base map (cadastral map), an application must be filed with the Department of City Planning, Office of Zoning and Development, to have the property lines re-platted in order to reconcile the records between the City and the landowner. It may take up to 15 business days for the review. Applications are available via the links below.
NOTE: Landowners cannot increase the number of lots for zoning districts R-1 through R-5.
