The Department of City Planning has moved to a completely electronic process for permit applications and issuance. All permit types must now be submitted online via the Accela Citizen website– except for Express permits, which are only accepted in person.
If a property survey does not match the City’s base map (cadastral map), an application must be filed with the Department of City Planning, Office of Zoning and Development, to have the property lines re-platted in order to reconcile the records between the City and the landowner. It may take up to 15 business days for the review. Applications are available via the links below.
NOTE: Landowners cannot increase the number of lots for zoning districts R-1 through R-5.
