Refunds are allowed for park reservation cancellations if submitted 30 days prior to your event date. No credit or refunds are allowed after 30 days.
NOTE: Cancellation of ballpark reservations are allowed 24 hours before or after the event.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to parksreservationist@atlantaga.gov.
